Keeping Google Places Up To Date: Now In More Countries

Recently we told you how you can help keep Google Places up to date, by editing details on unverified listings and reporting problems on verified ones. We also mentioned that the editing features used to update this information weren't available in all countries.

I'm excited to let you know that you can now edit listings and report problems in Canada, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Sweden and Singapore.

How can you do this? It's simple: When you see incorrect information appearing for a business listing in your area, simply edit it directly on Maps by clicking the Edit Details or Edit this place links on the Place page or report a problem with it by clicking on the Report a problem link.
